Bitrix24 is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that lets you connect with your coworkers and employees, follow contacts, track leads, manage activities, and get a host of other related work done.
The software is capable of time-tracking, file-sharing, centralising communications, enhancing collaboration, etc. Some of the salient features of this tool are unlimited online storage, time management functions, work reports, records management, meetings and briefings, etc. Upon signing up to Bitrix24, your intranet gets a name and your activity stream becomes visible almost instantly. The stream looks and feels much like Facebook, which lets you create messages for everyone on the network to see. You may even upload files, processes, events, etc. and share them with coworkers.
Bitrix24 is categorized as two plans: standard ($99 per month) and professional ($199 per month). To try out the tool, you can use the 30-day free trial, which should be good enough to try out all the features there are to the tool. There is a free plan on offer too. Though not as comprehensive and robust as the premium plan, the free plan is still no slouch. It packs in quite a few features, which includes 5 GB of cloud storage and support for a dozen users. Free users can also access Bitrix24’s core functionalities such as instant messaging, social networking, unlimited projects and tasks, reports, templates, and a daily planner.
